This phase includes constant monitoring and interaction. For us it's the most important phase of construction and needs to be handled with care and profession . In that phase we check all the drawings and inspect the missing and wrong items , meanwhile we keep an eye on budgets to ensure the lowest costs, stay on top of schedules for timely delivery, and work closely with the design team to create your vision. We collect bids from qualified subcontractors, create an optimum budget , prepare the contracts and make sure evereything is ready and packed up before the launch.
